Mechatronics/Maintenance Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Erection, commissioning and troubleshooting of plant including different equipments and machinery: Reactors, flaker, plate & frame heat exchanger, compressor, raw water heater, treated water heater, condenser, Boiler, furnace oil system, RO plant, cooling towers and chiller, effluent treatment plant and different types of pumps.
2. Reviewing the plant designs and drawings and ensured the work being done according to the drawings and layouts.
3. Planning & Monitoring of Corrective, Preventive & Predictive maintenance activities.
4. Checking, Inspection and Calibration of different sensors, instruments and automation switches.
5. Installation and Maintenance of different sized Cables, Electrical Wiring and Electrical Fixtures installation, Alarm System, External Power Supply, In-house Lighting System and HVAC System.
6. Load management in industrial environment on WAPDA and Generators.
7. Manage manpower, logistics and spares during the emergency.
8. Monitor and track stock levels of Electrical & Mechanical spares.
9. Responsible for maintaining effective follow-ups with supply chain Department for timely ordering and receiving of required engineering related spare parts & services.
10. Supervise electrical & Mechanical services team.
11. Maintaining mechanical and electrical workshop log book of the Maintenance Activities.
12. Maintaining records, documentation and report writing of related equipment and plants.
