· Regular supervision on housekeeping activities.· Vendor coordination & follow up.· Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.· Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard office procedures.· Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.· Research potential vendors.· Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.· Deal with legal person for organization matters. (Labor, KATI, SEPA, Civil Defense etc.)
Responsible for the management of internal operations of the company,Ensure plan & control Transport Facility with respect to transport routes,Negotiation with vendors for the disposal of scrap,Ensure proper Administration services within the organization.
Iook after 3 units(k5, k10 and k14) all over Operational works and all statigeis, planing and arrangement in building premises and out side areas like parking and other outdoor operations.
Ensure proper Administration services with respect to time office, security, housekeeping, general maintenance, fumigation, mail & dispatch facility, Gardening, Drinking Water & PTCL availability in building.
Ensure plan & control effective House Keeping in the Branch premises by taking routine & surprise rounds, reviewing execution against House Keeping check list and monitoring Janitorial deployment.
Ensure plan & control Transport Facility with respect to transport routes, maximum vehicle capacity utilization & attending to any complaint or issue in this regard.
Monitor & supervise the Maintenance of company staff & Pool vehicles as per schedule.
Handle and supervise any accident/emergency within the building.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Answer queries related to administrative matters by employees.
Book meeting rooms as required.
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare expense reports and presentations with statistical data.
Schedule in-house events.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
Inspect the office supplies received from vendors with respect to PR, quality & quantity.
