Customer Service and Social Media Officer
I was working for a local government in London and my roles included, dealing with residents queries on the phone, via e-mail or on the portal network, taking orders from residents with regards to work being carried for them. The processing of car parking permits, which included checking registration number plates, taking payments and issuing permits.
I also had to attend meetings with other local government / internal departments insuring with we were maximizing Council tax payments in the right directions.
Listening to residents and finding out what areas they were effected by and trying to improve the quality of there living environment.
TV Producer
I was working in TV and my roles included:
Reporter, Producer, Assistant Producer. I was working as a reporter covering news and sports stories in England. I also had to produce live programmes on a daily basis which included devising a running order every day, making scipts for presenters and reporters to read, making sure presenters were aware of what to say and when to say it, asking cameraman for shots to show the viewers, producing features and vinnettes for programmes, making sure graphics and sound was all up to date and no mistakes were done, also running the studio gallery in a smooth and calm manner.
