I have done Master Degree in Public Administration (HRM) from the University of Sindh and I have 9-10 years experience for advertised post, currently working with a Government organization NSP Nutrition Support Program as a Logistics Assistant and also assisting Director in recruitment; I am also responsible for general house-keeping duties and maintaining office supplies.

Assist project manager in developing Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and Plan for project
Based on the framework develop a simple and well-defined monitoring format and its guidelines to be used in the monitoring process for different project indicators.
To prepare annual monitoring and evaluation plan inconsistent with M&E Framework
Develop Recording and Reporting Forms and Formats for the project
Develop/modify recording and reporting templates and formats for project activities
Help the manager with testing, modifying, and finalizing the recording and reporting forms and formats
Conduct M&E need identification survey among staff ( including that of tehsil level) and identify M&E capacity gaps
Capacity Building of tehsil coordinators on Monitoring and Evaluation
Prepare weekly, Monthly, Trimester, and Annual Reports of the project
Assist MIS Section to compile periodic progress data
Develop case studies and success stories
Develop analysis of field activities against set targets
Plan field monitoring visits and share monitoring reports with the relevant staff
Assist and facilitate external monitoring missions
Facilitate the program team in monthly and quarterly planning
Ensure implementation of GRM and its reporting
Ensure field-level reporting as per agreed reporting format of the donor.
Ensure follow up of referral cases to health facilities and share its progress on a monthly basis and timely inform for any issue faced by the team.
Implement community mobilization activities in field through THS’s & CHW’s.
Ensure community participation at different Implement, and monitor community based activities and timely identification of gaps.
Plan and conduct sensitization events in the catchment.
