• Support the Program Manager to implement data collection, analysis, and reporting of all evaluation activities related to the sustainability of WASH-UP’s hygiene BCC activities, based on the approved evaluation design proposal.
• Lead sub-team members, including participating UNICEF staff, in carrying out required data collection and analysis tasks for evaluating the sustainability of WASH-UP’s hygiene BCC activities.
• Provide inputs to inform the required evaluation design proposal, including data collection instruments, sampling plans, and other relevant sections.
• Participate in the identification and selection of key informants for individual and group interviews remotely as needed.
• Ensure that evaluation processes and products meet the requirements and quality standards of UNICEF.
• Carry out data analysis during and following the in-country research based on the approved evaluation design and methodology, in close coordination with the Program Manager.
• Participate in internal findings/conclusions/recommendations workshop with the UNICEF team prior to drafting the evaluation report.
• Serve as lead author for drafting and finalizing the BCC-related sections of the draft and final evaluation reports including responding to comments from the Program Manager and UNICEF.
• Participate in presentations to UNICEF regarding findings, conclusions, and recommendations from the evaluation.
