Muhammad Taufeeq has been working in corporate & reproductive health sector with National and International NGOs since 2003 and joined Marie Stopes Society (MSS) Pakistan in 2006 as Centre Manager/Office Assistant to manage center level routine works services data to analyses them for multiple purposes. He assumed responsibility of support to the head of Social Franchising Program for leading role to nascent Social Franchising program in 2008 and has since been managing and supervising the initiative’s nation-wide expansion and growth to more than 400 social franchisees. Taufeeq's current responsibilities include managing and developing the Social Franchising program’s strategies & policies and new initiatives to support SF program, while implementation of demand side financing voucher schemes; Provision of technical support to ongoing Social Franchising projects and services data analysis, field level and desk based monitoring executed for the Social Franchise program at the National level. In addition, he works for MSS Annual Business Plan, Data Validation Standard assessment tool completed for each channel. Taufeeq has a Masters in Economics (applied), while continuing further MBA level studies in HR.
Taufeeq initially started working with MSS for VCT Project which was for prevent to HIV in the local community when this project was about to its end time, he was transferred at MSS Country Office Social Franchising Program under National Expansion Project (LAD) and later on worked for all SF projects i.e. LAD, DAFPAK, USAID and MSI projects, Services and provider level database is managed and various analysis are done for Senior Management team.
MSS Services, Quality, Partnership and MSS Geographic Coverage Dashboards Tools are designed & implemented across the board and updated them by monthly. MSS Business Plan, Privacy Impact Assessment tools, Data Validation Standard Self-Assessment for each channel developed, updated and shared with Marie Stopes International (MSI)
