Working at Inspection and Design of Residential Villas, Industrial Projects and Commercial Shops/Buildings Job responsibilities involved were

Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant request for inspection (RFI).
Verify with testing laboratory that all relevant test results related to specific RFI meets the project requirement.
Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice and compliance with approved shop drawings, & report to structural engineer & construction manager.
Make sure that material used comply with the approved material approval request (MAR)
Make sure that the Contractor's personnel are using the latest edition of the approved shop drawings, method statement (MS), quality control procedure (QCP) as per the project matrix index.
Report of any delay of progress regarding site activities.
Check site & whether condition for suitability prior to construction/concrete work.
Write daily report, measure work done & supervise site test.
Closely monitor concrete pours and check continuously concrete materials delivered to site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedure, & ensure all concrete tests are carried out as per contract requirements.
Witness field/ laboratory tests and mix design for asphalt and concrete. Review test results of construction materials such as soil, aggregate, concrete, all type of waterproofing materials, asphalt, etc.
Supervision/Inspection of Super-structure activities like kicker for RCC wall, RCC wall & column, RCC slab
And about designing have designed buildings ,villas, industrial labor camps etc
Have experienced in using E-tabs v9 , SAP2000 and for slabs I use SAFE v12 and for footings Prokon,
Can design various villas etc accordance to building codes i.e. British codes , ACI codes .

Job Responsibilities involved were,

Cost Estimate, Site Supervision, monitor construction work schedules, preparation of Bill of Quantities and tender documents.
Supervision of all Civil works and ensuring the work done as per Specifications & standards
Identification of technical problems during project implementation and reporting to Consultant.
Bar Bending Schedule for RCC slabs, wall and columns rebar.
Manpower allocation for different Activity according to standard tasks & productivity
