Creating, updating, and monitoring patient and user cases.
Carrying out consultations (pre- and post-natal, family planning), SRH care, treatment and vaccination procedures for newborns.
Applying protocols and procedures.
Advising, monitoring, and providing information to patients.
Referring pregnancy complications and/or pregnancies with other associated pathologies. Organizing and following-up patient/user referrals.
Contributing towards the management of cases of sexual abuse and violence.
Managing materials, equipment, and consumables for the activity.
Managing the pharmacy activities.
Reporting information and observations to members of the medical and social teams.
Leading continuous training and training activities on healthcare protocols and practices for community staff and/or partners.
Facilitating health education sessions for patients/users, community workers, etc.
Supervising the cleaning and sterilization of material and equipment.
Collecting data and draft activity reports.
Contributing to the management of medical waste.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Objective 1:
To conduct training need assessment (TNA) to identify the needs.
To try to identify and analyse the field needs and conduct training needs assessment.
To support MoPH staff in setting up the bilateral referral and follow up system.
To follow up the respect of current protocols.
To evaluate regularly the competency of MoPH and AAH staff
To collect all information and data from the field situation (working conditions identify challenges and
provide proper solution).
Objective 2: To conduct trainings to the Health Facilities Staff on -IMAM IMNCI ANC/PNC and FP.
Defining and preparing support and material for the training.
Developing conducting pre- and post-tests prior to conducting trainings and evaluating the progress.
Conducting and facilitating quality training: Ensure quality trainings are delivered if need having
number of trainers requires during the training using different methodology of training.
Conducting trainings on IMAM (OTP TFU) IMNCI ANC/PNC FP and IYCF for MoPH health facilities
staff communities health workers etc.
Providing training reports after each training and sharing the reports to line manager.
Adopt and organize the existing IEC materials as per the project requirements.
On the Job support to AAH/MoPH HFs staff and supportive supervisions from AAH/MoPH HFs
activities.
Objective 3: Maintain and ensure availability of updated information tools and supports for the different
trainings.
Ensuring having the update training tools including the latest validated version done by MoPH.
Organizing a platform with the different training tools and update on a regular basis and make it
available to the PM DPM coordination Nut and health.
Supporting staff training plans need to be updated following inputs from PM
Conduct supervision visits to the HFs and provide on the job support.
Objective 4: Monitor the running of program activities with MoPH staff Activities:
To insure the MoPH team motivation.
To set up regular and efficient work relationship between MoPH staff (PNOs PHOs and focal points)
and AAH team.
To participate in meetings with authorities and partners regarding nutrition activities at Health facilities
level and at Community level upon request of the line manager.
To draft minutes meetings and report them to the Program manager.

To collect all information regarding the security and promptly transmit to responsible.
Capacity building for AAH staffs as per the needs
Report to PM on regular basis both verbally and written

active labor and the postpartum period, auscultation of fetal heart during first and second stage
as per MSF protocol.
To assist Specialist/Nurses in the management of obstetric emergencies/complicated deliveries.
Responsible for routine nursing care for neonates including first treatment after birth, the
assistance of neonatal resuscitation, and routine care in the unit.
Receiving baby at cesarean section, providing basic resuscitation and being familiar with aseptic
technique.
Monitoring/recording of postpartum infection, blood loss, vital signs, uterus, bladder care, and
general well being in the immediate postpartum period for mother.

Documentation of antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care in nursing notes.
Educate about COVID and prescreen/prioritize patient that needs immediate medical attention.
Participating in the nursing meeting for exchanging information on the state of the patients.

I work in both secter as a measles and also work in Polio in FATA Mohmand Agency
I work here as a free measles worker with govt since for two years
It was on my own choice for my experiences and I do work with it for five to six month and then I want to take admission in BSC.So for this purpose I leave it .And continue my education.
