Perform Customer Due Diligence &Post verification of documents of all Business Accounts i.e. NGO/NPO/Trusts/Clubs/Societies/Associations, Pvt /Public Companies and Govt Accounts to confirm that these accounts are opened inconformity with AML-CFT Regulations/Bank's internal procedures.
Review and Verify entire account opening form and all other mandatory/supporting documents and approvals required onwards processing for account opening.
Analyze CDD/KYC done by front-line staff for account opening and segment up-gradation thus highlighting discrepancies and errors, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Liaise with front office staff to obtain any relevant CDD documents/information and approvals required to complete the CDD profile.
Provide input to business and all KYC matters including new account opening and general KYC procedures in order to establish and sustain sound CDD standards.
Perform period and dynamic risk reviews on timely basis.
Perform CDD review on over-the- counter transactions on a specific threshold, and maintain and it's centralized monitoring.
Monitor blocked accounts, as well as potential accounts to be blocked, and keep the record of such accounts up to date.
Maintain Centralized Business Refusal Register for mitigating the Regulatory Requirement and review to identifying any suspicion for escalation to AML unit.
CDD updating in case of Outward Remittances on a specific threshold & number of remittances increased of the clients and bank have not such information on their CDD record.
Provide support and assistance in timely completion of top 100 Customers KYC review.
Tracking and monitoring accounts for AOF, CDD &SOI documentation.
