My self Asif Kalhoro basically from Shikarpur District. I got early education from my native village and got Masters Degree in Socilogy from Shah Abdul Latif Universities Campus at Dadu. I had started my first job from Military Engerning Services served 5 years in such Department. Than I moved to Dadu where I had run my own business for few years and again I had joined as Medical Representative in various pharmaceuticals time by time. After such period of long journey, in 2013 I had joined development sector. Indus Resource Centre is my first organisation, where I have joined as Community Mobilizer and working in Sindh Community Mobilization Program as a Community Mobilizer funded by USAID. With the passage of time I did better work and promoted as a Field Officer. Nowadays I am working on said position of Field Officer. Thanks

•Plan, design and provide direct supervision of the implementation of project activities to ensure that deadlines are met and activities (Health, Nutrition & WASH) produce quality outputs •Design and develop project strategies including communication and strategies •Develop monitoring and evaluation tools for the project to ensure effective monitoring of each individual activity •Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly project planning, review and progress meetings with the project team •Coordination and Communication •Keep in regular coordination with the project team and provide guidance on the project activities •Maintain regular coordination and communication with donor, other partner organizations, institutions supporting and community representatives to build and enhance their ownership •Attend the relevant meetings, workshops forums to present the project achievements and successes •Establish and manage relationships with partners and key stakeholders •Supervise and support the field teams in conducting activities •Support the project team in ensuring and maintaining comprehensive project documentation (including Activity, Monthly, and Review Reports) •Review and finalize the reports of key project activities. •Facilitate the workshops and events as part of the project activities •Technical input on development, printing, and dissemination of IEC material •Ensure that project activities are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget •Regular monitoring visits •Responsible for monthly review meetings with senior management and donor •Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques •Screening of the candidate update for Health and Nutrition Status.

To mobilize Communities by ensuring active involvement of community and parents to increase school enrollment, especially girls’ enrollment. To train community members on School Management Committee and about its structure and functionality. Early intimation to the community members about merging & consolidating Government Schools and introducing the Campus Schools concept.
