Working as Head of Supply Chain and planning overall responsible for Materials sourcing, Procurement, Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse and Logistics. Design and implementation of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and monitoring system to reduce inventory stock outs resulting in smooth production. Inventory Management to maintain the economic order quantity of each SKU and ensure agreed service and stock levels are maintained with stuck stocks analysis. Maintaining inventory levels to optimize Operating Working Capital. Design and implementation of Production planning and monitoring system resulting in improved visibility. Generating Master Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders, forecasting inventory requirements, optimizing inventory levels as well as helping the organization evaluate and implement an inventory management ERP system. Sales Communication, Distribution & Logistics issues are handled. Arrange monthly Sales and Operations (S&OP) meetings with sales team , and transformed the S&OP session more analytical and focused to take the ownership of coming months planning. Managing Over All Production Planning , Nasetionwide Supply chain and Logistic and warehouse Oerations (Ware housings ,Logistics , Rm and Pm Stores activities ,Toll mfg Orders and their Logistics)
1) Controlling All Logistics and warehouse functions Nationwide In bound and Out Bound Activities.
2) Responsible for Product availability on time on External warehouses .
3) Responsible to execute the Goods on time to our Customers with the help of Different modes Containers ,Trucks ,or Local Transport terminal
4) Supply of Finished Goods and Raw Materials to customer and External Plants spread all over Pakistan, freight calculation of and process of freight bills.
5) Arranged market survey and analysis on freight slab.
6) Ensure day to day safe, steady and efficient operation.
7) Report to Director Operations in the preparation of Transaction plans and its successful implementation.
8) Liaison with Sales ,Material Management and Director Operations to meet dispatch Plans.
9) Prepare and submit budgetary proposals for efficient run of the section.
10) Allocations / shipments against Pending orders from customer all over Pakistan.
11) Strictly follow up and process TP's Freight bill and liaison with accounts, audit , HO and
finance for timely payments.

• Be a front line contact point for all issues related to implementation of the Operations, tools like M&W (Manufacturing and Warehousing), RAT (Result Analysis Tool), PA (Product Availability), and CDF (Customer Demand Forecasting).
• Maintain and assure 100% accuracy in Inventory Management ,Warehouse management,and Out Bond Activity Management.
