The main role if this job is to offer lending jg services to the concerned client and evaluate them if they are capable and eligible with our requirement then facilitate them with lending(loans) and receiver the particular amount within adequate period of time.

Being a relationship officer in the bank I have major two task one is to ascertaining and assessing inquiry and scrutiny the best one to facilitate with the lending/loaning .
And the second one is to collect/recover the amount is on time from the clients.

Over the span of five years as a Relationship officer, I have successfully evaluated and approved loan applications and credit requests from individuals and businesses. I have developed a strong expertise in analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and relevant information to assess creditworthiness and determine suitable loan amounts, terms, and conditions.In my first year, I quickly grasped the fundamentals of reviewing financial information, credit histories, and collateral documentation to make informed loan decisions. I demonstrated an ability to assess risk and ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.By my second year, I had expanded my skill set and became proficient in independently evaluating loan applications and credit requests. I effectively communicated with customers, gathered necessary information, provided guidance on improving credit scores, and assisted with the loan application process. I also developed a solid understanding of debt collection processes and actively participated in resolving credit-related issues.Building on my experience, in years three to four and five I further honed my skills in evaluating creditworthiness and became more adept at analyzing and evaluation of the clients  reports and taking decisions fairly individually to facilitate them.overall it was great journey to leaning new things,skills, to handling different situations and to work accordingly.
