Playing an integral role in business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
 Responsible for the development and achievement of sales Provide technical and commercial customer support for existing clients & new clients.
 Communicate information, as needed, to team members and management to ensure success.

Initiating the following checks for verification; Credentials, Employment, Criminal Records, and Education checks.
 Making a detailed report of the employees who has serve probation period and still pending their documents to block their Payroll.
• Perform inbound testing of roaming operators to enhanced roaming coverage
• Assist roaming operators in performing outbound testing
• To record and updated test SIM card details received from roaming operators.
• Responsible for coordination with all relevant departments for testing, SIM activation, roaming operator technical implementation.
• Perform adhoc testing to investigate any complaint receive from customer or roaming operator
