I have got my BS (Hon’s) degree in Public Administration from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Sindh Jamshoro in 2013.
I have more than seven years working experience with developing sector in Education, Livelihood, DRR, HRD, Information Technology, Monitoring & Evaluation, budgeting, Financing, Administration, Capacity Building Programs, Social mobilization, Nutrition, Youth Programs at gross root level. I have valuable skills of interacting with beneficiaries, communities, school and different stakeholders.
Presently I am working Goth Seengar Foundation-GSF as a “MEAL Officer” Project of Education in Emergencies at district Dadu, Sindh.
I worked with Sukaar Foundation as a “Data Base / MIS Assistant” Project of Multipurpose Cash Assistance MPCA at district Dadu, Sindh during flood emergency.
I worked with Thardeep rural Development Program - TRDP as a “Program Assistant Data Base” Project of Sindh Union Council & Community Economic Strengthening Support Program -SUCCESS at district Dadu, Sindh.
Previously I have worked with Indus resource center- IRC as a “Data Base Officer” Project of Sindh Community Social Mobilization Program (SCMP) funded by USAID at district Dadu, Sindh.
Also; in same Organization IRC worked on another project named Community Based Disaster Risk reduction as a Social Mobilizer at district Dadu, Sindh.
I was also worked with Sindh rural support program-SRSP as a “Training Coordinator” with Additional charge of Admin Officer” Project of Livelihood Employment and Enterprise Development funded by PPAF at Taluka Jati district Sujawal/ Thatta, Sindh.
In addition to that I have also four month working experience with same organization SRSP in other project funded by UN-ILO as a “Training Officer” with Additional charge of Admin Officer” Project of Livelihood Restoration, Protection and Sustainable Empowerment of Vulnerable Peasants communities in Sindh Province at taluka K.N Shah District Dadu, Sindh.

Primary focal point with partners for data management, developing and maintaining information databases in addition to the conducted Monitoring and Evaluation tools.
Analysis weekly data, monitoring trends and highlighting concerns.
Support coordination, analysis and draft findings for the project technical surveys as well as multi sector assessments, generic surveys and evaluations as needed.
Coordinate with MEAL Manager to review weekly/monthly data submissions from partner team, including MEAL plans per partner as well as project achievement tools.
In collaboration with MEAL Manager, provide monthly analysis and reporting against the needed regular requirements with appropriate set of recommendations to the project/program management as a part of the Learning process.
Support the sector team(s) in donor reporting with accurate figures.
Support the project Coordinator in planning and overseeing of all monitoring activities of the response including implementation of M&E plan.
Provide support in compiling project data, monitor data quality, and track progress against performance indicators and targets.
Carry out On-Site Data Verification and Quality Assessment of VO and LSO for sub grants of funds.
Conduct filed visit to process monitoring and verification of information.
Support Monitoring Coordinator in the implementation of performance monitoring plan, data aggregation, and support storage of documents.
Assist in review of data base, and data tracking tools of program activities, ensure data quality for collating reliable and consistent data which meets minimum reporting requirements of donors.
Support Coordinator to ensure implementation of all monitoring related activities including training, and filed based activities on project nature, ensure that the community is aware of the SUCCESS project.
Ensure that all feedback received at the field level (through available channels such as suggestion box, face to face feedback etc).
To ensure the development of tools and procedure related to mapping and databases regard micro credit.
Verify the sub grant cases of community Institutions.
To manage and maintain the database at District Level
Conduct Institutional Assessment of Village Organizations and Local Support Organizations.
Verify and reconcile record of LSO sub grant and disbursement.
Keep data base record of Disbursed loan to beneficiaries and collect timely recovery.
Maintains documents, files and records (e.g. field activities,), appraisal of beneficiaries for the purpose of ensuring compliance of department’s working schedules.
Attends meeting as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.

Provide training on the project concept and approach to the community mobilization.
Contact the opinion leaders in the communities to establish early report and to provide overall orientation of the project.
With the support of opinion leaders mobilize, interact and dialogue with individuals representing beneficiary households for the organization of community for development on DRR theme.
Provide orientation training to the members of community to raise awareness about the disaster risk reduction.
Establish DRR community center at village level.
