• Support to Banking Application.• Experience to work in data center.• Windows installation to work stations.• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams• Cisco layer2/ layer3 switch configuration.• Configure DVR/ NVR and resolve related queries.• Ensure network connectivity at DIBPL Head Office.• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers and network devices.• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors as per SLAs.• Provide remote support to all branch offices via remote assistance/desktop utility• Setting up new users' account, email configuration and deal with credential issues• Prepare user guide that will ease the user to understand the use of goods and application.• Installation and configuration of computer hardware, systems, networks, printers and scanners.• Install and configure over 250 units of Avaya VOIP model including (Vantage K175, J129, and J169).
