I'm a person who believes in what is real or what can be rightly projected on to the future. Cooperation, forthrightness and steadfastness are the defining qualities of my personality. Effective communication is the tool that I use the most effectively. In my opinion, the most prominent quality of the best teacher/trainer/manager/administrator/leader is to make his students/worker/colleagues/employees dream big, set them to work and make them accept their differences. To impart a sense of pluralism and diversity, sense of appreciation and to make them demand beauty and perfection. Our differences make us unique and wanted. Confidence and self-reliance have always been the intrinsic characteristic of a charismatic leader. Every students/worker has his right place in the society, it is a teacher's primary responsibility to identify and place him there. Every person in the world, irrespective of religion, culture, creed and the place he comes from, has a reason for the worldly existence. I struggled long to discover what should I do and what is the right place for me. It is hard for a young and enthusiastic individual to place himself somewhere permanently. After years of struggle, i realized that I'm here to teach, train, advise, counsel, lead, manage ,and motivate. I love training individuals to aspire, see, believe and achieve. The world is impermanent. Hence, it is direly needed to do something which will long last after one departs. His contribution should contribute to make the world a better place for the generations to come. Education has always been futuristic. It predicts, experiences and makes laws. There's no fixation to the world, its lifestyle and living, but education does fix things to avoid cultural and civilizational clashes.

I'm cherishing training professional individuals from all walks of life. There can be nothing more interesting than having such a wonderful diversity on the class. There are doctors, engineers, business students, professional teachers, students of comparative religions and so on. It may seem challenging on the face of it to cater to such a diversified bunch of trainees, but it is truly enriching experience. There comes that sense of satisfaction by helping people to achieve their dreams and desire, to give them the strength to think high and dream big. I am feeling proud and take pride in preparing the citizens of my beloved country to demonstrate their skills globally. Pakistan is in dire need to get back its image and to get access to international trade, education and worldly exposure.

I worked at Hashoo Foundation as IPCS Trainer. It was a privilege working with such a dynamic team of professional individuals on an international platform. It was a kind of introduction to the hospitality industry. The diversity of the students regarding their cultural background and their academic level was a challenging task and an enriching experience. Young professionals and their dreams and desires were to be refined and reviewed. I took on the adventure and lived up to the expectations of the trainees to provide them lingual skills and desirable level of motivation. I was consulted by them regarding their future careers and if their skills commensurable with their skills. I had to develop course content for a variety of fields such as hotel management, functional English, interpersonal communication skills and mannerism. Mostly, I had to work to deadlines as it was a program sponsored and supported by Punjab Government.
This was the first time where I had to work as a bridge as the students of the university were on the verge of stepping on to their practical life. It was a mature experience teaching students at Master and BS honor level. Initially, it was really hard to answer their curiosity and excitement about professionalism and practical life. In addition, I had to equip them with the tools and skills needed at work place.
I taught Functional English, English Literature and Sociology, Conduct their exam and mark them up. Sociology gave me the chance to make them ready to work against social odds, orthodox minds and to confront societal pressure.
