·      Conduct regular field visits as per approved travel plan with the expectation to spend around 90% of their time in the field. 
·      Coordinates with Provincial Filed Coordinator and conduct field monitoring of the implementing partners (different departments for which third-party is providing funds for projects).
·      The Field Monitors will move in their earmarked geographic area. However, each of the field monitor can be asked to work in any district in the province.
·      Field Monitor will follow the checklists prepared in coordination with third-party and will report back daily (or as agreed with third-party) to Monitoring & Reporting Officer and Provincial Field Coordinator with findings, as per the approved schedule of reporting and field visits. 
·      The field monitors will be deployed in the field in form of teams with each team comprising preferably a male and a female member. Each team will be earmarked geographic/thematic area for working in consultation with supervisor for this assignment.
·      Field Monitor will not be permanently district/program restricted and will move across the districts as and when required, according to the need of the program. 
·      The key output of field monitoring will be duly filled checklists that will be shared with related programme staff for review and follow up. Field Monitor will also arrange video and audio recording of key events in the field, evidence of development interventions, gaps/issues in the programme activities and perceptions of the beneficiaries and key stakeholders regarding the overall programme. 
·      All the data will be submitted to PFC & MnRO in the office and no one will be allowed to keep personal backups. Stealing the information, transmitting the information else then the communication hierarchy will be considered a criminal offense under the cybercrime act.
·      Field Monitor will religiously follow the given checklist in their full honesty and will not interfere in any financial checks/transactions of the Implementing Partner in the field. Field Monitors to act in accordance with highest standards of ethics and code of conduct.
·      Field Monitors are not permitted to take any corrective measures or to interfere in the additions of any monitoring findings or take any action other than those outlined in a given agreement without written notification from management.
Teams will document a case study, lesson learned or any good practice in their respective area (one for each month). All these documents will be shared with PFC and MnRO every month.

·         Facilitate the VF office bearers/management committee in developing VF workplans, maintaining records, organising activities and holding dialogues etc.
 
·         Information, awareness and behaviour change.Create awareness and share information about Aawaz II priority themes i.e. child labour, early and forced marriages, gender-based violence, other harmful practices and social cohesion etc.
 
·         Support the community in accessing the referral system at the Tehsil AAC to channel their issues and concerns to relevant government and non-government service providers and support structures and mechanism (legal aid referrals to government services, CSOs, GBV, possible pool of pro bono legal aid, social protection, BISP, EHSAS, etc.);Capacity building.
 
·         Support capacity building initiatives for the Village Forums, identifying ACAs/youth volunteers and other forum members for core and thematic trainings and organising trainings at the field level;Selected outreach members to be trained as facilitators to cascade core and thematic trainings to village forums;Support ACAs in implementing Social Action Projects (SAPs);
 
Support development ·         of Early Response Mechanisms (ERM) in village forums and their referrals in collaboration with the AACs to relevant mandated and non-mandated structures, for example the Child Protection and Women Protection Committees, Child Labour Committees, District Vigilance Committees, Vigilance Committees (Punjab)/Police Liaison Councils (KP);Progress reporting
 
Develop and share periodic progress reports with AAC and support AAC and district team in collecting and documenting relevant information and success stories from the VFs and the local communities. Contribute to learning and knowledge management from the field at AAC; Safeguarding.
