Responsible for smooth running of P & A Function i.e. Recruitment / Staffing Pay and Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Welfare of employees, Incentive / rewards scheme.
Responsible to make and implement the H.R. Polices i.e. Recruitment policy, Leave Policy, T.A / D.A Rules, Hajj Policy, Organogram (Organizational / Development) job Description and other. Invigilate all the personnel jobs in mills premises.
Conducting Company wide payroll operation in order to track associate hours & rates of pay, Over Time, CPL, Wages, Full and Final Settlement
INDUSTRIAL RELATION & MANAGEMENT
Labour Handling, grievances of labour, Dealing with Association ( Unions), Domestic inquiries, Dismissal etc., Independent dealing with Govt. Agencies i.e. Social Security E.O.B.I., Labour Department and other relevant department. Also dealing with all external public Institutes i.e. WAPDA, Excise & Taxation, EOBI, PESSI, Labour Welfare Board, Land Cases Environment, security / Safety and Police etc.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
Transport, Housekeeping, Security, Canteen, Mess, Civil Work Planning, also lot of experience to monitoring of CCTV Camera through net working and it’s improvement.
ACCOUNTS
Governing the affairs of inward / outward, payments of salary wages and benefits of workers, Raw Material Issuing and its auditing at mills, auditing the finish goods, calculation of monthly yield, calculation of production targets with spin plan, provisionally calculation of electric bills or monitor the cash receiving and its disbursement.
