As Town Coordinator with PHC-G in District Mardan my responsibility was coordination and monitoring of field associates activities during TCV pre campaign advocacy, communication and social mobilization activities, micro plan development and UC profiling. Ensuring strong coordination with all stakeholders and other partner organization for smooth operation of TCV. Observation and monitoring of EPI teams and data collection was also part of the assignment. Used different tools for data collection and reporting.

During work with Oxfam GB Pakistan witnessed two major disasters of the world with quite unique nature as one was man made (IDP response because of conflict) And flood ( natural Disaster) , Oxfam GB Pakistan responded to the needs with massive intervention in the area through their EFSL and WASH programme. Major projects in the programmme were cash for work, cash grants, agriculture inputs and restocking.
• Directly manage Cash Grant, Cash For Work, Restocking and Agriculture projects in designated Union Council of Swat, Kalam, Shangla, Buner, Charsada and Nowshera to improve income and food security of targeted Households.
