Ensuring effective and timely delivery of agreed outputs and outcomes as set-out in the project documents
As a focal point for the project coordination, oversee all project components and delivery in line with objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards of the project.
Assist in preparing project proposals, detailed implantation plans and budgets
Provide technical support and oversight to the implementing partners for effective and efficient implementation of the project
Provide field level support through effective engagement with partners, communities, and stakeholders
Conducting regular filed visits to review progress against the plans
Mentoring and capacity building of the implementing partners to ensure quality of the field interventions and appropriate targeting of excluded communities
Ensure quality of infrastructure work to create models for high quality sustainable service provision

1. Overall responsible for DRR activities including team lead, logistic, trainings, data collection, quality control, supervision and data compilation in district. 2. Plan, coordinate and ensure the quality of training of Community Representatives, SO supervisors, field monitors and forward campaigners. 3. Plan, supervise and provide technical guidance to the field teams. 4. Review and compile Progress reports team wise and share with management on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 5. Arrange all the logistical arrangements for DRR activities and Inclusive Hazard vulnerability assessment.
1. Data collection, consolidation and management and quality management; for successful delivery and attainment of project goal and objectives.
2. Conducting rapid assessments and trend analysis of field-based programs to monitor program activity.
3. Contributing to design and implementation of periodic evaluation activities including baseline surveys, research and evaluations in the area of health.

1. Conduct the Real time monitoring visits to assure the data collection is as per set standards and protocols.
2. Accompany project staff for health facility visits to ensure that monitoring checklists are filled properly and action plans are developed & implemented.
3. Facilitate project staff to carryout Quality Improvement and patient Safety (QIPS) assessments by supporting data management and training on scoring protocols.
4. Ensure that trainings information is captured well in hard copies and entered into database. On monthly bases run data quality checks for the availability of error free trainings data.
5. Lead the biannualy Data Quality Audits (QDA) with the support from PMU
6. Provide data tables and graphs in monthly meetings of district staff.
7. Assist community mobilization team for the systematic monitoring of Community Support Groups (CSGs) and other activities.
8. Prepare the monitoring reports along with suggestions / required actions to be taken and share with managers to update the status of activities.
9. Monitor and document dropout of health facilities in the respective district.
