• Conduct a thorough assessment of the training needs of LCSs and CSOs working in the nutrition sector to identify specific areas for improvement and skills development.
• Design and develop training curricula tailored to address the identified capacity gaps, ensuring they are relevant, practical, and based on best practices in the nutrition field.
• Organize and conduct capacity-building workshops and training sessions for LCSs and CSOs, covering topics such as nutrition awareness, program management, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy, fundraising, and collaboration.
• Provide technical assistance and mentorship to LCSs and CSOs, offering guidance on project implementation, reporting, and overcoming challenges related to nutrition initiatives.

He will monitor and evaluate the progress of the Education Emergency Response and early recovery project at the district level, including conducting regular site visits, reviewing project reports, and providing feedback to project stakeholders
He will identify capacity building needs of project staff and stakeholders, and plan and implement capacity building activities to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of the Education Emergency Response and early recovery project.
He will prepare timely and accurate project reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and donor reports, and ensure that all reporting requirements are met
He will manage the project budget at the district level, ensuring that funds are used efficiently and effectively, and that all financial transactions are in line with project and donor requirements.
He will identify and manage risks associated with the Education Emergency Response and early recovery project at the district level, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies as required.
