⇒ Conducting HSE and Labor Audits to get the results calibrated with Nike’s Compliance Experts.
⇒ To oversee all Labor related updates and Local Law to ensure its adherence at factory base.
⇒ Actively participate in audits conducted by Buyers’ and also in their capacity building training sessions.
⇒ Result orientated follow-ups to bridge the gaps in meaningful way by using PDCA approach.
⇒ To monitor and share all such Tracking Reports with Customers on monthly basis.
⇒ Communicate compliance expectations to help factories re-mediate issues and implement compliance practices to have them prepare for customer’s compliance Audits.
⇒ Partner with Buyers to have manufacturers implement new compliance initiatives or any change in customer’s CoC or Local Law.

I have started working for the Asia Inspection organization as a Quality Control Inspector/Auditor at Sialkot – Punjab Zone for the Consumer Products such as Sports Goods, Leather and Textile Garments as well as Surgical Instruments. Asia Inspection performs Quality Control throughout Asia for Importers around the globe. Asia Inspection is a Quality Control company founded in Hong Kong in 2003 to provide Factory Audit and Product Inspection services in Asia.
