Assisting and Conducting Interviews with the HR Team.
Creating and posting job advertisements
HR Operations
Updating and Maintaining Internal Employee Filing System.
HR Reporting & Dealing with HR Operations (documentation, warning/suspension/termination).
Preparing all the legal documentations of new joining.
Preparing and Drafting of passed Probation letters and Offer Letters.
Managing employee clearances till final settlement.
Following up and sending reminders to the PM’s and staff regarding HR related Deadlines.
Separation Process (Scheduling, conducting and keeping track of exit interviews).
Maintaining and Updating the Database of the candidates. (Workable & Admin Panel).
Intimation of new employees (Welcome Cards and New Employee Announcement).
Employee Engagement
Preparing Birthday Cards, Anniversary Cards, Bravo Points and EOM.
Organizing and Supervising Employee Engagement Events.
Involved in the process of monthly high achiever awards.
Reviewing and Updating 10Pearls Employee Handbook.
