SDP program (School development plan) 6.PTSMC activation in area 7.Students club activities 8.Executing flood emergency activities, i.e establishing TLCs and education related activities Prepare monthly project work/implementation plan with close coordination with District Education Office (DEO).

To plan, implement and manage the mapping across the district for identification of sites/locations/schools for initiating the ALP centers in line with the provincial ALP strategy
Plan and Coordinate Mapping of the Out of School Children’s in area, assignment to target new enrollment with support from Community, PTSMCs and Scouts
Plan and Assign tasks to Real Time monitoring Associates to visits and monitor school visits.

Make regular follow up of Real Time monitoring visits by Monitoring associates to all schools assigned in the cluster(s) to record the prescribed indicators on the tools provided
Submit daily basis reports stating clear achievement on regular basis regarding Real Time Monitoring visits conducted by monitoring associates
Monitor each assigned school properly (using Real Time Monitoring tools, identifying issues in school community regarding improvement.
My major responsibilities:
Ø To mobilize the targeted communities for integrated intervention of IRP
Ø To develop plan, implement activities as per proposal and give useful recommendations approximately community projects/ programs.
Ø Facilitating local solutions to local needs.
Ø Conduct situation analysis in the communities and get response from the field to evaluate community need status.
Ø Collection of primary data and compilation of survey for various project and Programme.
Ø Management and implementation of rural appraisal and local level planning including implementation of PRA tools.
Ø To conduct initiate contacts, Programme introductions with community and identity focal persons for the formation of community cluster organization.
Ø To ensure participation of people in the community organizations and assess communities that COs/CBOs are formed sustainable basis.
Ø To take minutes of the committee meetings and ensuring community saving contribution register is updated.
Ø Collect resolution of CO and identify community needs.
Ø Developing and strengthening local networks, to foster and resource local initiatives, with due recognition to the unique requirements, strengths and r.esources of the local community.
Ø To resolve social conflicts in the targeted communities by application of participatory approach in amicable way.
