Manage different payment methods of Vendors and Customers in Term of Cash, Cheques, Online bank transfer, Credit Note and others online ways.
Adjustment of Deduction of Tax from Vendor and Customers
Invoice Management, Collection and Verification
Updating Vendor and Customers Ledgers
Audit of daily and monthly Credit Invoices
Monthly reconciliation of bank statement and vendor ledgers.
Manage Monthly Salaries, Advance and Loans
Manage Employee’s medical compensation
Tallying Suppliers Balance and Supply
Handling and Resolving Suppliers Queries
Adjusting the Discount, Bonus and Expiry Claims
Maintaining record of all data.
Ensure the best Service Standards and an Organization’s Integrity

Role & Responsibilities;
Identify and resolve customer queries and complaints regarding network issues by utilizing system applications such as CRM, SMP, ICMS, and Support Console.
Arrange visits upon consumer request to resolve specific internet line issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Ensure timely closure of all complaints and queries, while accurately managing consumer data and facilitating CMS team access.
