Operational Functions
Assist in formulating a strategy to run branch operations smoothly under the guidance of senior management.
Manage overall branch remittances operations including issuance of pay orders, pay slips, demand drafts and
online transactions.
Handle branchs web portals for online transfers / issuance of demand drafts as per the operations manual.
Monitor daily basis transactions / postings undertaken by staff for accuracy, completeness and ensure the
reporting of such activities timely.
Monitor various general activities such as
o Account opening formalities
o Daily cash checking & closing
o Lodgment / settlement of outward bills for collection
o Check Book issuance, record keeping & balancing
o Updating of respective periodic balancing
o Issuance / encashment of term deposit certificates
o Issuance, payment, balancing of pay orders, DD, OBC etc
o ATM Pin issuance, claim settlements
o Internal transfers / online fund transfers
Handle due diligence & compliance matters for branchs customers relationships.
Maintain database of AML KYC policy relevant manuals & SBP regulations / circulars.
Supervise / Handle customer related queries and dispute resolutions.
Assist in smooth coordination with auditors for branchs audit.
Manage customer deposit relationships and solicit new for better reciprocity, business and income generation.
