Involved in the planning, procurement, controlling & monitoring the assigned project resources to meet project objectives.
Responsible for testing, installation and maintenance of HV/LV Electrical Equipment i.e. cables, Transformers, Feeder pillars, Auto reclosers etc.
Responsible for construction and maintenance of 33kV Electrical Overhead Lines (wooden and spun concrete poles). Conducting periodic inspections of HV/LV Electrical Equipment using thermo-graphic and partial discharge tools. Site surveying and providing consultation to the client for cost effective solutions.
Correspondence with Client/Sub-contractors/Vendors/Senior Management for timely task completion.
Preparation of site documentation i.e. weekly, monthly progress reports, time lines, resources plan, work permits, RFIs, MRIRs etc.
Preparation of estimated costs, job completions, invoices, Work acceptance notices.
Preparing and executing shutdown plans and switching programs for critical maintenance jobs.
Manage the restoration of power supply activities and co ordinate emergency repairs as required.
Designing of Multilayered and Hi-Density Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
Developing organized libraries of Footprints of Electronic components such as SOICs, QFPs, BGAs and
loading them into a board file using Netlist and BOM (Bill of material).
Placement of Electronic components according to the Electrical and Mechanical constraints; preparing
impedance controlled Stackup for high speed design.
Setup of Constraints Manager; Routing and Length delay tune matching of critical differential pairs, clock
signals, different interface signals like DDR3, USB, SFP, PCIe, etc.
Implementation of board level Signal integrity, EMC Simulation and DFM issues.
Running checklists and Generation of gerber manufacturing files for Fabrication.
