Customer’s outstanding & cash customer report review to minimize outstanding amount.
Controlling Warehouse and delivery Operation activities and ensure GDP, GWP, HSE.

Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements, demand and forecasting Inventory.

Maintain storage condition of pharmaceutical products according to FDA guidelines.
Looking Drug Regulatory Affairs matters for M&P, regarding different products of the principals such as Bayer Pakistan, Getz Pharma, GSK, Novo Nordisk, CCL Pharma, Pharmatac etc.
To ensure the cGMP & H.S.E. practices at Warehouse.
To develop Standard Operating Procedures according to W.H.O, Pakistan Drug Act 1976, and Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd Policies updating the existing & implementing the Standard Operating Procedure at the warehouse.
Maintain safe and efficient warehouse, including preventative maintenance programs to insure equipment and systems are in good working order and up to standard.
