To coordinate on regular basis with all relevant stakeholders to develop the synergies and partnerships for successful implementation of Ehsaas Nahonuma, Stunting prevention project.
2. To maintain close liaison with Department of Health, LHWP, BISP Taluka/District office to mobilize eligible beneficiaries at Ehsaas Nashunuma Center.
3. Maintain close coordination/Liaison with community workforce i.e LHWs, CHWs, BBCs engaged them in mobilization and awareness raising campaign
4. Conduct training/orientation and capacity building session of Project staff and relevant stakeholders, such as Medical officers, Women medical officers , Lady Health Workers (LHW) and Lady Health Supervisors (LHS).
5. Coordinate with BISP POS agent for the smooth disbursement of agreed entitlement to eligible beneficiaries at centers.
6. Facilitate in preparing the monthly SNF supplies distribution plans and execute distribution as per caseload of BISP beneficiaries at all facilitation centers.
7. Keep close coordination with the respective government departments, Cooperating Partner to ensure that all the activities at the District level are well coordinated. Actively participate in the district coordination meetings
8. Within the specific area of responsibility, ensure compilation of data and support analysis and preparation of reports in order to support operational decision-making.
9. Act as a point of contact for resolution of general operational queries requesting assistance where necessary at district level
10. Provide support to conduct the trainings Workshops and facilitate the donor missions at the District level.
11. Maintain information records and monitoring plan documentation, such as records of commodity movements and programme checklists, in order to assist in the effective delivery and distribution of food items.
12. Provide guidance to cooperating partners on WFP operational practices, monitoring tools and methods in order to support them to complete self-monitoring tasks.
13. Conduct periodic monitoring trips to the project sites, including random monitoring checks on Cooperating Partners (CPs) activities and report progress using standard monitoring tools.

01Verify the planned movements and distribution of food or non-food items, reporting issues or discrepancies to the supervisor for timely resolution of problems and to ensure that the quantity distributed and the quality of the operation is in line with WFP standards.
2. Maintain information records and monitoring plan documentation, such as records of commodity movements and Programme checklists, in order to assist in the effective delivery and distribution of food items or non-food items.
3. Collate assistance Programme(s) data in accordance with clear direction, in order to support Programme reviews and informative decision-making.
4. Liaise with cooperating partners and internal counterparts to gather feedback and comments to support Programme reviews and improve services.
5. Receive and collate comments and feedback from cooperating partners, beneficiaries, and beneficiaries, to support identifying programmatic issues with a view to fostering efficient operations.
6. Provide guidance for cooperating partners on WFP operational practices, monitoring tools and methods in order to support them to complete self-monitoring tasks and to contribute to the visibility of WFP in the coverage areas.

Interact directly with beneficiaries by conducting data collection for comparative, quantitative and qualitative analyses through process, output and outcome monitoring exercises; Visit cooperating partners’ warehouses for weekly and monthly stock count verification and ensure basic warehouse management practices are followed e.g. proper stacking, record keeping and first expiry first out procedure to avoid food loss

To assist the Project Manager/DPM to Lead and guide ACTED’s Projects and Projects in target areas and Ensure that planned activities are successfully implemented.
In collaboration with the project team and coordination, determine the strategic direction of the Project in the short, medium and long-term and map out activities.
To assist the Deputy Project Manager/PM in Collaborating effectively with other project managers and the coordination team. Ensure that they are wholly involved in Project planning and direction.
Collaborate with the Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (AMEU) to assess need, monitor activities, and evaluate Project progress. Ensure that lessons learned in the course of implementation are integrated into the Project to ensure that it remains responsive and relevant.
Be alert to opportunities arising for learning, collaboration and partnership that may enhance Project quality and responsiveness.
Be closely involved in Project to assist the Deputy Project Manager/PM developing and planning project’s methodology according to principles of relevance and compliance.
Ensure that program strategies are implemented in a coherent manner in the field.
Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure proper supervision of field teams.
Liaise with local communities, Authorities and organizations in the field.
Provide weekly progress reports to Area Coordinator regarding progress of work.
Coordinate closely with AMEU on data and information collected from the field.
Liaise with program staff of other ACTED offices to ensure proper information sharing.
Attend external coordination meetings upon request from the Project Manager/ Area Coordinator
Support the management and implementation of project focusing on gender and DRR and DRM.
Liaise and work with community groups and projects to ensure accountability and best use of project resources and give recommendation for improvements.
Assist program units in organizing and conducting impact assessment, Droughts assessment, KAP survey, Rapid assessment on need and damages of flood 2011 studies, baseline studies, assessments and surveys.
Arrange progress review meetings, as and when necessary; record and disseminate minutes of meetings
Assist the Provincial Coordinator in internal and external communication matters, including the development of a sound communication plan.
Update program information and support in developing relevant project documentation, including monthly/quarterly reports, monitoring tools, fact sheets etc.
Support the Program Teams in drafting concept papers, project proposals, log-frames, work plans, budgets, project reports and reviews, and case studies
Monitor the nutrition program budget of field offices on regular basis and report on the expenditure status to Project Manager on regular basis
Maintain and disseminate program schedules, monitoring tools and calendars among the program team.
Provide administrative and organizational support to Coordinator and Senior Managers in briefing and site visits
Participate in professional training and development activities as necessary.
Represent the organizations at different clusters and other forums
