• Troubleshoot network issues, software issues & hardware issues.
• Testing newly implemented software, hardware, network etc. and send the report to the concern team for the impact on the real time environment.
• Test the windows deployment patches before deploying on the real time environment and send the report the server team for the effectiveness of the patches.
• Install the software’s based on the user requests & depend on the pre-approved and approval required basis.
• Handle the security based incidents, requested by Incident response team for user machines.
• Identify known/unknown problems and documents resolutions.
• Escalate the technical issues to the concern team if required.
