·       Participate in the implementation of SAP HCM & Success Factor as a Power user of SAP-HCM & SF.
·       Coordinate with SAP/EY consultant for support activity.
·       Responsible for hiring, and separation action on SF & HCM.
·       Monitor & maintain employee attendance on SAP HCM.
·       Monitor time & attendance of third-party contractual employees’ HRMS (Oracle-based) software.
·       Maintain & monitor overtime & overstay of employees.
·       Responsible for posting rosters & Shift schedules on HCM
·       Maintain & monitor Leaves of employees.
·       Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Monthly attendance, absenteeism, leave balances for encashment, allowances, etc.).
·       Responsible for settlement of leave employee (closing of attendance, leave balance, clearance).
·       Maintain Employee Personal files.
·       Responsible for feeding and updating all haired/Induction staff data & personal information in SF & HCM
·       Manage EOBI Insured Persons on EOBI’s Facilitation System.
·       Manage SESSI Insured Persons on SESSI Contribution & Benefits Portal.
·       Manage Insured Persons & payments of Group Life Insurance from EFU life insurance.
·       Responsible for payments of EOBI contribution.
·       Responsible for payments of SESSI contribution.
·       Responsible for payments of EFU bills.
