7) Test and gather feedback - quick & cost-efficient validation
8) Enhance original prototype
9) Test hi-fi potential solution with REAL customers
10) Iterate until the solution meets the customers' needs AND is aligned with the business goals
11) Closely collaborate with Product & Dev and make sure everything goes as planned
