Specific Responsibilities include:
Receiving up to 5-10 daily job requisition from different companies
Reviewing and understand technical job requirement requirements.
Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, Monster as well as other databases; thoroughly screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates against given job requisitions
Format resumes, editing as per client’s expectations
Corresponding with the Hiring Managers regarding the potential candidates and overseeing the whole recruitment process until the job offers made by the company
Extensive experience in recruiting H1s, EAD, US citizen, GC holders as well as candidates with Security clearance
Sound knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C, T4, Independent Contracting and other related terms in the recruitment industry
I have been working on Direct Hire, Contract to Hire and Contract roles (both federal as well as private)
