 Supervision of building construction from civil work to clean rooms. Equipment (Syntegon and Matachana) installation and validation along with necessary documentation. Provision of facility required for each machine and area qualification. Supervising activities during IQ, OQ and PQ of equipment. Completed successfully IQ, OQ of Purified water, Water for injection and Pure steam loop for extended system of Pre filled syringes. Installation of Matachana Autoclave MPHS 8813 and PFS Filling machine. Accompanying major online FAT for equipment design and performance verification. Updating Engineering documents relevant to Maintenance of existing system and newly installed system. Under process certification for GMP training using online platform of USP Academia. Complete installation of equipment including Syntegon Pharma water (PW Generation, PW Distribution, Distillation and WFI Distribution), Syntegon Formulation SVP 12021, Telstar Lyomega Freeze dryer, Matachana Terminal Sterilizer MPHS91420, Syntegon Autoclave VAKUTHERM sterilizer, Installation and initial commissioning of Filling line (RRU Vial & ampule washing, HQL Sterilizing tunnel, ALF Filling machine and VRK Capping machine). Design and installation of utilities (Steam, Chilled water, Air, nitrogen, Condensate, Electrical etc). Managing teams for Project and existing system. Coordinating with venders and contractors for task completion. Participated in SAP Preventive Maintenance trainings and execution held by SAP Consultant Systems. Responsible for making decisions regarding the project timelines and planning. Installation of HVAC Air Handling Units, RF units, ducting, utilities, Filters etc. Expertise in conducting project risk assessment, analysis of costs and benefits and undertaking feasibility studies. Procurement of critical material required for the project. Troubleshooting, Software-reinstallation, Breakdown maintenance of existing and new machines for smooth running of operations.
