Develop a Project Safety Policy and set out key regulations to direct the Project Workers in-line with it.
Prepare HSE Deliverables / Plans / Procedures which comprised of Contractor\'s HSE Plan, Hazard Identification Plan, Traffic Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Enviornmental Impact Assessment, Emergency Response Plan, Incentive and Punitive Program, Equipment Inspection Plan, Heat/Cold Stress Plan, HSE Training Plan, Site Security Plan, Confined Space Entry and Rescue Plan, Fall Protection Plan, Lifting and Rigging Plan, Short-Service Employee Program, Incident Reporting and Investigation Procedure, PPE Need Analysis Plan, Subcontractor Safety Management Program and Work Permit System.
Interview candidates and involve in the recommendation to the HR of personnel like HSE Officers, HSE Supervisors, HSE Trainers, HSE Coordinators, Work Permit Receivers and Paramedical Staff.
Prepare an Organization chart and set out clear lines of communication and assign roles and responsibilities.
Prepare approved formats for Daily Safety Observations, Safety Walkthrough Reports, Weekly/Monthly Safety Reports, Safety Inspection Checklists, etc. and have them implemented on the work site.

Present company\'s HSE Performance quarterly to the Client\'s HSE Board.
Reviewing Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis and providing guidance and support with regards to HSE.
Inspecting the accommodation facilities and ensuring the minimum standards of the International Building Code being implemented.
Particiapting in Risk Assessments and having a Register Maintained for all Risk Assessments.

Responsibilities as a Training Manager were as follows:

Conduct a Safety Training Need Analysis as per the Job Categories and the Scope of Work.
Prepare Training Presentation Materials, in-line with the Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual.
Prepare a Training Matrix to chart out the number of employees in the project, the trainings delivered for each employee and the completion percentage.
Prepare a Monthly Training Schedule and set parameters for measuring training performance and completion.
Coordinate with Saudi Aramco Southern Area Oil Operations Department for having all employees inducted for SAOO Orientation.
Prepare weekly and monthly safety training reports and update the data in the KPIs.

Joined as the only HSE Trainer of the Project. As the scope of the project was vastly spread across Oil and Gas-Rich areas of Haradh and Hawaiyah, in the Eastern Province, took part in the selection and interview process of 6 more Trainers, and led them as a Training Manager.Mainly responsible for managing the Training Team, helping them with planning of schedules, provision of the necessary resources for training and record-keeping, cater their individual needs with regards to corporate and personal affairs and reporting to the Project HSE Director and the Project Manager for dashboard statistics preparation, training budget and identification of third-party trainings and other trainings required by Client\'s Safety Manual.

Joined on October, 2016 in (formerly known as Saudi KAD Contr. Co.) as an HSE Officer. Worked in 3 Pipeline Projects and currently on the third. Hired as an HSE Officer and on observing skills as a Supervisor, given an approval for Supervisor and currently working as one. Conseuqently, ended with an HSE Trainer Position in two projects and moving on to the next company as an HSE Trainer.

Instructor of a safety officer certification, in-line with NEBOSH IGC Level 3.

3 Years of experience as a safety supervisor, conducting safety meetings, trainings and launching campaigns with respect to HSE in Oil and Gas field.

Dealing with major industrial health & safety issues, launching campaigns with respect to health and safety awareness and formalized hazardous procedures during my tenure.
