We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on initiating and nurturing relationships with international business owners through chat-based communication channels (e.g., website chat, social media DMs, WhatsApp, email, etc.). The ideal candidate is highly motivated, conversational, and skilled at identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate conversations with potential clients through chat platforms to introduce our products/services.
- Qualify leads and gather essential business information.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s offerings to answer inquiries accurately and effectively.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads from both local and international markets.
- Follow up with interested leads and coordinate handovers to the sales closers or onboarding teams.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all conversations in the CRM system.
- Continuously optimize outreach scripts and strategies based on performance and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or lead generation—preferably via chat or digital channels.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Comfortable interacting with business owners from various cultural backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive communication style.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized.
- Experience using CRM software and chat tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with international sales or cross-cultural communication.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer journey stages.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
