We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic General Manager of Sales and Operations to lead and oversee all aspects of our sales and operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of the fast food industry, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and operational strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.
  • Provide visionary leadership to align the team with the company’s mission, values, and objectives.
  • Work closely with the executive team to shape the future direction of the company.
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and guidance to the sales team.
  • Ensure all restaurant locations operate efficiently and meet company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Implement best practices and operational procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure cost control measures are in place to optimize profitability.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience across all restaurants.
  • Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the fast food or restaurant industry.
  • Strong sales experience with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional operational management skills with the ability to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Strong financial management abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
