We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of eCommerce clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the successful execution of eCommerce strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned eCommerce clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
    • Understand clients' business goals and objectives, and proactively offer solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new clients.
    • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Develop and present proposals, product demonstrations, and business reviews to clients.
  • eCommerce Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective eCommerce strategies.
    • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.
    • Work with internal teams to ensure client strategies are executed efficiently.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of client campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance and areas for improvement.
    • Work with the analytics team to identify and address any issues affecting client performance.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer support to deliver client solutions.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends to drive product development.
