Key Responsibilities
Facilitate weekly 1-hour wellness sessions (Sept–May) using Platinum Health's structured curriculum
Lead engaging group discussions, creative activities, and reflective journaling
Conduct one-on-one student check-ins to provide emotional support and referrals as needed
Create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment for adolescents
Collaborate with school staff and report progress to the Program Coordinator
Participate in training, feedback sessions, and impact evaluations
Qualifications
Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience working with adolescents in group or school settings
Strong facilitation, communication, and empathy skills
Culturally sensitive and passionate about youth mental health
Fluency in English and Urdu (regional languages a plus)
