A Customer Sales Representative in an IT training institute needs to be a strong communicator, a great listener, and possess excellent sales skills. They will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, and closing deals on IT training courses and other related services.   Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., online inquiries, networking, referrals) and qualify them based on their needs and budget.   
  • Customer Communication: Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their IT training needs and objectives.   
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to determine the most suitable IT training courses and programs.   
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Present training course options, highlighting benefits and features, and negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.   
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and repeat business.   
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.   
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, record results in a CRM system, and provide regular reports on performance and market trends.   
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and address inquiries.   
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new training offerings, and competitive landscapes to maintain a strong sales advantage.   

  Essential Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide exceptional service.
  • IT Knowledge: A good understanding of IT concepts and training offerings is beneficial.
  • Sales Management: Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. 

Salary: 30k to 35k 

Timings: 9 hours per day 

Experience: 2-3 years in sales, calling on leads, and admission experience
