Job Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors.Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted marketing strategies.

Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.Create strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the construction chemicals manufactured by the company.Communicate the features and benefits of the products to potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.Highlight the unique selling propositions and advantages of the company's products.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments.
