We specialize in delivering high-quality construction cost estimation services to contractors, builders, and developers. To expand our business, we are hiring Sales & Cold Calling Representatives who are passionate about sales, communication, and lead generation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the construction industry.
- Introduce Pontis Construction’s services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify leads to schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and update CRM records.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and outreach targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer acquisition strategies.
Skills Required:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Sales & Persuasion: Ability to convince and convert prospects into leads.
- Cold Calling Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales is a plus.
- Confidence & Persistence: Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.
- CRM & Data Entry: Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of construction or estimation services (preferred but not required).
