We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an ERP Data Entry Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data within the ERP system.Input information such as customer details, inventory data, financial transactions, and other relevant information as required.
Ensure timely and precise data entry to support the smooth functioning of business processes.
Review data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as necessary.
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with established standards.
Create and update records, ensuring that all relevant information is properly recorded in the ERP system.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry of POs and PCs, preferably within an ERP environment.
Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
