Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued business success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services/products to clients.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and business growth.
- Monitor account activities and identify opportunities for additional services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
