As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of strategic marketing plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will lead a team, collaborate with internal departments, and provide guidance to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Oversee day-to-day account operations, including project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Supervise and mentor junior account team members.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
