We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services/products
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain records of client communication and feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service or client handling experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and email communication
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
