Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Handle client inquiries and provide timely support
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services
Maintain client records and follow up regularly
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
