We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team at Prime BPO. As an HR Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth
2. Lead the HR team, providing guidance and support
3. Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes
4. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
5. Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
6. Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in HR management
3. Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles
4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
