To run a full cash flow assessment on the potential clients
To carefully select the client on the basis of repayment capacity
To size the loan according to the clients ability as per the policy guidance
Experienced in EMI unsecure lending
Expected collection rate 99%
Relationship building and monthly follow up with clients over a period of 12-24 months
Strong sales skills required (we don’t necessarily need experienced credit officers, we need experienced sales people who can learn on the job)
