Efficiently manage Staff Attendance using portal
Employee Management on Portal
Coordination with vendors and People for seamless operations.
Provide excellent Customer Service Support.
Managing staff Queries with respect to attendance and shifts.
Oversee leaves and Payroll administration on Portal
Update data on Portal of every new staff member.
Handling of Customer Services, Staff coordination and data entry operator assignments.

Requirements And Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, operations, or a related field
3+ years of related experience in client service or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills are required
Knowledge of financial products and concepts
Ability to understand and articulate complex financial products and services in a clear and concise
